Current Moves List and Curriculum
Here is a pdf file of our current Moves List for Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Unlike other group dances like Square Dancing, Rueda does not have a world-wide standard curriculum. Each rueda group has their own set of moves that they prefer to call.
Our moves list has been created to teach our members many of the common moves and common names used throughout the world.

Below are some good resources for videos and explanations of moves that are very similar to ours.
Friendly reminder: since calls and moves vary from location to location, some of these videos won’t be exactly what we do in Boulder. However, they should be close enough to get you going. Sometimes you will see moves with the same name look completely different from what you know. Often you just have to watch the caller (even wait to jump in for a song or two) to find out what they mean.
This list is sortable by name, difficulty, and how often we call the move in Boulder. 5 is nearly always, 1 is basically never, 0 is never, that anyone remembers.
